Solar Quotes Ireland matches Irish homeowners with SEAI-registered solar installers. Homeowners submit a detailed quote request. We send that request to up to 4 installers in their county. If you are SEAI-registered, Safe Electric/RECI certified, and actively installing in Ireland, you can apply to receive leads from us.
What you receive with each lead
Every lead we send includes the information an installer needs to call the homeowner and book a survey. There are no partial records or contact-only leads.
How it works
Homeowner submits a quote request
They complete our 5-step form with their property and contact details. They confirm they are looking for SEAI-registered installers.
We match to your county
We send the lead to up to 4 SEAI-registered installers serving that county. You receive a notification with the full lead details.
You call and book the survey
Contact the homeowner directly, book your survey, quote, and close. We do not follow up or manage the relationship from this point.
Lead quality — what we check before sending
- SEAI grant eligibility: Homeowners must confirm they are the property owner, landlord or in the process of buying — the categories that qualify for the SEAI Solar Electricity Grant.
- Irish location: All leads are from verified Irish counties. No cross-border or Northern Ireland records.
- Active intent: The homeowner has chosen to submit a form and agreed to be contacted by installers. These are not scraped email lists or cold contacts.
- Full property data: Every lead includes roof type, bill range, and installation timeline — the information your survey team needs to prioritise follow-up.
Pricing
Leads are charged at a flat fee per qualified enquiry. There are no monthly subscriptions and no setup fees. You only pay for leads we actually send you.
We offer county-level geographic targeting, so you only receive leads from areas you actively cover. Exclusivity options are available — contact us to discuss availability in your counties.
You pay the same fee regardless of whether the homeowner installs a 3 kWp or an 8 kWp system. We have no incentive to pre-qualify based on system size. You receive every genuine enquiry in your county.
Premium option: pre-booked survey appointments
If you prefer a higher-intent lead, we offer a premium service where our team calls the homeowner before passing the lead to you.
On a pre-booked survey appointment:
- We confirm the homeowner's ownership status and installation intent by phone.
- We establish their preferred survey window and book a time in their calendar.
- You receive the lead with a confirmed survey appointment — a date and time the homeowner is expecting your call or visit.
- You arrive knowing the property, the homeowner's situation, and their timeline.
Pre-booked appointments carry a higher per-lead fee, reflecting the qualification work done before handover. Contact us to discuss volume pricing.
Who can join
To receive leads from Solar Quotes Ireland, you must:
- Hold current SEAI registration for the Solar Electricity Grant (check the SEAI list).
- Hold active Safe Electric / RECI certification (safeelectric.ie) — required for grid connection sign-off on microgeneration installs.
- Be actively installing in Ireland with the capacity to respond to enquiries within 24–48 hours.
- Be prepared to quote based on a site survey, not just a phone estimate.
We re-verify SEAI registration weekly. If your registration lapses, lead delivery pauses until it is reinstated.
